Sick of being sick

As you can probably guess from my title I've been, and still am sick. It's the only reason why I haven't been updating my blog. I'm completely drained from energy, but I feel responsible that I need to post at least something in here.

This started on last weeks Friday. Out of nowhere, boom! I got fever, and straight to 38-39° (Celsius, go and find your Fahrenheit converter yourself!) and that's a lot for me. I don't know like what's my normal body temperature is, but when I'm even like 36,8° I'm not feeling well.
And also the coughing started, and next day it had gone worse and my slight cough was now terrible. And I started to cough (slime/)sputum out. And felt that there was a giant ball of mucus/slime stuck deep on my throat that makes breathing hard.
And of course all the wonderful joint and muscles pains gets extra painful.

So since my fever didn't drop, and my nights were hell to sleep (even with the power of painkillers). We decided to go to see doctor. Since I wasn't so thrilled to go and queue for hours on the public side, we reserved appointment on private site. Right on Monday.
For those who don't know Finnish healthcare system is lil different. There's public side that's open to all and then there's Private side. But it costs much (well compared to public), but if you have insurance you can get part of your money back from there. (difference is like public~15€ and private~+70€)

First I had thought that "Fuck No, I'm so not having another angina AGAIN!" (It would've been my 5th within a year) and of course I told the doctor my doubts and all that's been bugging my body etc. And he said that he really can't be sure. Since my lymph nodes aren't that swollen and my tonsils are looking ok. But he sent me to get tested in lab just to be sure.
I assumed it was only (I think it's called) pharynx culture, you know when they took the long cotton swap thingie and swipe it on your throat and it feels like your gonna throw up, yes? But I soon found out that they also needed my blood. There's seriously nothing I hate more than blood tests. I'd rather take a pet spider than let people steal my blood. Usually they're taken from elbow pit/crook. I have good veins and they're easy to sting, but my elbow crooks are really sensitive. And it's always like "It's like a mosquito bite, it wont hurt long. Just a little sting :)" WELL FUCK NO! I can fucking feel the needle in my vein and the pressure when the blood goes in the tube! I'd rather take one mosquito bite. I've been told that it can be because my vein has a "V-shape" that it crosses soon after that so it can be more sensitive because of that.
But the lady who was taking it saw how totally inner panicing I was and asked if I preferred that we took the test from finger tip. My eyes widened and I was like "Really? You could take it from my finger, yeah. That would be so much better" It didn't hurt at all when she took the blood test. And when I panic of blood tests I'm barely breathing and uncontrollably shaking and firmly keeping my hands tied so no one can sting me with their evil needles.
But yeah the doctor really couldn't do more than order me more painkillers and get me tested.

So my mom was impatient and wanted a solution faster. We could see some of the results from computer like next day. And mom called the doctor, apparently the guy works in private only on Mondays and on public for rest of the week. Oh, my mom is also working on healthcare -industry so she knows usually and she knows what those tests means etc.
And my fever just didn't come down. It's really painful. It's either too hot or too cold and it's never a good position. And the coughing hurts and oh god now I'm sweating my ass off, so I'll toss the blanket away, But wait! Now it's too cold. So yeah.
So! Mom called to the guy and he said that why didn't we go to public? And that we need to get my fever down, because if it wont come down it's starting to make my organs feel too hot and the heat starts to damage them. And that when I've had ten days of fever she should call again or do smt. I really don't remember correctly what, but yeah.

And then mom told that I need to be taken new blood tests, but she can take them in here. But I need to go and get taken new pharynx culture. I really was at too bad shape to panic and resist mom at Friday morning when she took two tubes of blood out of me. and later that morning I went to hospital to get that test done.
Mom saw the results later that day on computer at her work and my inflammation rates were sky high (for normal ppl they're like less than 5 or 10, mine were 60), so something is wrong. But we still don't know the culture's result... We'll see them on Monday then.

So today's ninth day of me being sick. And mom is worried to sick. My fevers been everyday over 38°, witch isn't good. My every single muscle is aching. It even hurts to breathe. My lungs hurt. I'm tired of coughing, because every time I cough, my abs hurt so much that I feel them my stomach rips apart and my back snaps in pieces. There's tinnitus in my ears all of the time, the volume of it just changes.  My head aches. I feel like every breath I take is penetrating acid in my lungs. My skin feels like it's melting off and sticking to every surface that it touches. There's no power in my movements. I have lost my apetite. The fever is making me have terrible nightmares and they woke me up and I cannot sleep after that anymore. Then there's always oh so pleasure with arrhythmia.
The only thing that I try to do is force myself to eat at least something everyday. But I drink a lot, well I probably sweat most of it off.

Mom said that it's probably already got into my lungs and it's most likely either pneumonia or bronchitis.

Einari has kept me company a lot. He needs attentions and since most of my, well all of my days I'm laying on sofa. He has come to see if I'm alive like every fifteen minutes and meows at my face and always needing scratching :'D Like now. He insisted to get in my lap even tou there's laptop and not much space. Well he's my 'little' black sunshine ♥

I'm sorry I haven't write my latest Movie Monday, I DID keep my Avengers -marathon, even thought I didn't feel like it, since I was so drained. But I did. I've also watched all the Scrubs I own, I need moar ;;--;;.

Sincerely yours, Cakey.

Oh, and ps. I'm going to doctor's on Monday. again. To see what's next. I hope I wont be hospitalized.

Movie Monday #4 +Movie Monday #58

And now because of the title somebody's gonna be confused.
Well This will be my 4th Movie Monday, as in the normal tradition I started.
And the Movie Monday #58 is from the Finnish blog, and my contribution to it.

I think I'll start with that, so the assignment was to describe the
 "Perfect conditions to watch movie",
as in like, do you enjoy watching movies rather alone, with someone, in theaters, maybe in your bed etc.
I found this subject interesting, and for some odd reason I still haven't done any of the weekly challenges from that blog. So this is my first one.

At very first I totally hated going to movies, as in theaters. All alone, I always needed company with me. Well I still wish that I would have it, but now I have find it rather nice to go alone in movies. And I'd rather sit apart from others, I find it extremely anxious if I need to sit next to, not to even mention between two strangers.
If I could choose one place where to watch movies, I'd say theater. Because they usually look the best on big screen with high quality sounds. And most of the theaters have nice seats, they could add more space for legs tou! But the tickets are ridiculously expensive, thank god they now have gotten cheaper at day. That's why I usually have now start to go on movies at day time. It's also nice and quiet usually by day when everyone's at school/work.
I nicely managed to slip from my subject #OOPS.
But nothing wins having a nice movie night at home, and you can pause the movie and take breaks without losing a moment. And well basically you have the power to control how to watch a movie.
Especially now that we have better tv and better, pretty much everything. And I have seen the difference between DvD and Blu-Ray! I like to watch movies home. I just wish that our sofa would be more comfty.
And snacking during movies. I'm quite divided to have two totally different opinions on that and habits.
I dislike eating anything that makes sound in movie theaters, And idk I just don't find it a habit anymore, I used to! And now I have even changed sodas to mineral waters. Occasionally I might get candy to there, but rarely anymore. And then when I'm at home, I have like a freaking buffet of everything that I even slightly might crave, and I tend to eat while watching movie.
But I don't always eat during movie, if it's one of those movies that I love and it keeps my attention on grasp during the whole time I don't eat, but it it's even a bit boring I start to snack anything on my reach.
I think I just scratched the company one. Well I like to watch movies with people. But I enjoy most to watch them alone, so there's no one who might get my attention to escape from movie. And oh god how I hate those whom ask during a movie "Who's that? Why did it do like that? Oh god, what's gonna happen? I don't get this, what lnfvkln???" I HATE that, then I just reply "Watch the fucking movie, PAY ATTENTION!" or "It will be explained" or then I just reply quickly. That's one of the reasons why I like watching movies alone.
Oh and almost forgot, the 'timing' when I watch movies. I prefer to watch movies around 8pm-5am. That's my ideal movie time. But it's not always acceptable, since I still live at home. But when I have occasion I just watch movies whole night. And like I mentioned at very start, day time screenings at movie theater.
In a nutshell:  Home, Alone, Possibly with food, At Night.

And now to MY Movie Monday #4 ;)

I admit it, I bought this movie finally because of Liam.
Well to be honest, it wasn't original reason. Kind of... Well if start at the very beginning?

I remember when this was about to come out, umh 2010? yes. And there were all these trailers and I remember thinking that I might actually want to see that.
And that there was some nice handsome looking guy in there.
Can you imagine the shock I got when I recently found out that it was Liam. No, you can't.

I also have to confess that I really hope that I was asked to write about this movie, or from The Expendables 2. Hih~
But now I'm feeling quite blank and have nothing in mind what to actually say. #Oops

Well I think that Miley is not actor, I just don't like her. And I've never been much into her music neither, but the them song of this movie "When I look at you" I actually good, or I at least grew to like it, and surprise surprise it's by Miley. Here, it's the official version, so I think it's also kind of mini-trailer for the movie :'D haha.

I think for me this goes to my category; Guilty Pleasure.
It was good, but really I just dislike Miley. I really have nothing against her, I mean she is nice girl, but something in her face annoys me. Maybe it's because she has so round face ors... I don't know, but does it really matter? No, exactly.

For some odd reason I like these partly clishé movies that goes just the same. And I admit that it would be cool to accidentally bump onto ridiculously handsome guy who fells in love with you. And blah~

And oddly, I don't know if I'm the only one (most likely not). But these movies makes me really sad, and empty inside. Well I know why it has been like that for now, but I'd rather not talk about it atm.
After I first watched this movie few days back, I was assuming I'd feel like happy and warm inside, because it'll be cute movie that makes my mind soar in happy fields. But quite opposite.
I just felt super empty and destroyed, and I just wanted to cry. I didn't cry.
Even thought the movie had happy ending (I hope I'm not spoiling too much by saying that).
Second time wasn't that bad.

I think I partly could relate to that movie, well like not exactly and fully, but tiny part of me. Well tiny part of me always tries to relate to any movie I'm watching. But the idea.
Second time I watched this with my mom like few days later I had seen it. Since I knew she likes that genre of movies. She enjoyed it.

I feel that I've said everything in mind about this.

In general; It is really cute movie. I enjoyed it. 3½ Stars.
Warning: You might need a cuddling buddy during/after this movie. :)

~Cakey

P.s. -- Next week's Movie Monday, we'll be Assembling the Avengers ;) So I don't need movie recommendation to next week.
Also; Yesterday I watched two movies in a row, First Eden Lake and then The Soloist. Two totally different kind of movies. And in Eden Lake there were Kelly Reilly (Mary Watson, from Holmes) and Michael Fassbender (Magneto form First Class) it was weird to see them together in so different kind of movie, it was horror/thriller movie. And Michael's characters name was Steve.
Then in The Soloist, RDJ's characters name was also Steve. I just laughed so much for this when I realized it during the movie. And Jamie Foxx's characters name was Nathaniel Anthony blablahbla..smt. And all I could  think rest of the movie was Tony x Steve... Because name 'Steve' is forever and always now on Captain America. I had fun... Even tou either of those movies wasn't so good.

Wake me up when September ends

Fun fact: My original title idea was "The Productive Disaster in Kitchen" .... But then I realized that September had just started and that maybe I should make title out of it. And that my topic might not fit under my original idea.

I'd like to remind everyone that tomorrow is Monday (although in my head I'm feeling like Saturday today). So it's time for another Movie Monday! I still don't have any recommendations, so throw one for me?
I just today updated my Last Seen -list & Rent a Movie -page! After I have managed to write this entry I'll be watching two movies, The Soloist and Eden Lake :)
Again I'm gonna say that it would be preferable to pick one (or several) movie(s) out from either of those lists!

Oh god my attention span id like rodent's, it's not fun when you need to do something that needs your full attention. Like writing a blog. I just do shitloads of things at the same time, and aimlessly surf around my tabs and see if anything has happened. And then I come back and stare this. I know what I want to write, but I have no idea in what order and like .... ... what am I really gonna say. And I'm also looking the clock like "ooommggg I need to write fast so I can go to see the movie before it's like 4 am!" (It's 8:35pm atm)

Ehh, well I got into baking again. I love baking so much. But the problem is that I have no one who eats all of the things I make! Because I have these phases that I just bake and bake and bake. Also one thing that makes it semi hard is that me and mom can't have any lactose in our foods, well I try to avoid it, but I really don't care. But mom can't stand it at all, sometimes she does eat a little food with it and then her she's having hard time :s ....

But yeah, My GF had asked if I could bake Mocha cakes/pastries. Well of course I agreed, since she didn't allow me to make cake. So I told her that I'll do one sheet of normal ones and one sheet of my own adapted recipe.
Here's the result;

Hmm the pics are acting weird again. They should both be horizontal. Well, I'm not on a mood to fight with them!

So the left one is my own variation. And the frosting didn't go the way I planned it to... I had never ever melted marshmallows so much and like made a frosting out of them, also there's white chocolate and strawberry flavored powdered sugar. I was aiming it to become bright pink, but it ended up being brown and hard... I think I accidentally caramel.. ...lisided (???) the sugar. I dun know the real verb and neither does the dictionary. But you know when you heat up sugar and it melts and becomes caramel, yes? Well yeah I think I did that, So it became super hard. I still need to clean the pot where I made this. Here have some visual. Srsl that brown stuff is stone hard! XD
And you can't even see the bottom, I poured some hot water and soap there so it'll soak. The bottom ot that is like pitch black and stuck in there! XD Well not the first time I've managed to make something sticky.
In the end it wasn't so bad tasting! It was like Slightly strawberry flavored Daim.
Next time I'll manage to make it better! XD

And uh in the right pic is the normal mocha cakes :3 I think I should make new sheet of them for us :) I enjoy doing them... And then I'm covered with icing sugar! Well I don't mind, I find if hilarious.

I also made some American pancakes, I just LOVE them! They are worth the work. I mean we have so much different version of 'normal' pancakes. I think they came out ugly looking, my previous ones (in my memory) seemed much prettier. But when I found the pic, they are quite a like. They're just piled up! And pf course they're served with maple syrup!

One day I'm gonna make pretty ones! One day....
I made these right after I woke up.
And I managed to fill the house with thick smoke. Srsl if you went to room that was closed and then came out, you could see that everything was grey XD!
I happens when you're using real butter to cook something and it takes longer than few minutes. Like if you're doing omelette it usually covers the whole pan, then there's no time to make smoke. But when doing these, there's space to form the "extra" smoke. I like doing these c: I just wish there would be ppl who eat these :<

I was supposed to make these on Friday, but I it was so late, and we watched The Last Song with mom. And I only managed to make Ham-Minced meat  -quiche. Idk I just feel weird to say 'pie'. Because you know it's full sheet of pie, so quiche sounds better. Well what ever, here:
This is one of those pies that when you eat one of those huge pieces you're instant bloated!
And I like how it's not so basic.
It also has one of the best crusts that I know. Since there's instant-mashed potatoes -mixing added to there. It gives a smooth flavor to it. And it's not so pizza alike that it may seem.
I was tempted to put the vegetable - mashed potatoes version in there, since I like it. But I ended up putting normal one.
Also I like how the topping is not just cheese. There's the mixing of eggs, creme cheese, milk and grated cheese.
I have done this exact same quiche once before, as in meat flavored.
Maybe next time I'll do 'sea' -version :) with tuna and shrimps!

I think the last one was that I made also a card for my GF. She always demands hand made card. So here's mine.

I hope that collage of photos makes sense.
First of course there's the front view, with Charlie the unicorn and Thor, he has pint in his hand!
And that number 20 is made out of tiny pieces of paper that I have cut myself.
Then the cat that says "BLÖ" It's just like "Blergh" kind of utterance.
Ummh the pic below the cat just shows the 'card' that was inside the pocket. It says (in Finnish):
"With this ticket you're privileged to: Movie night at the day* you wish in good company" (the asterisk has marked in the back and says "If it fits both parties")
And the lowest pic is obviously the inner look.
If you can't read the speech bubbles:
"This drink, I like it. ANOTHER!!" "I took the alcohol out if it" "WHAT?" "Brother, you've just been LOKIIII'D!" (ehehe -written with lighter green in the bubble like x100 XD) "LOKI!"
And as you can see the bar's name is Laufey's, and there's Tony and The Huntsman in the bar ...

Okay now I can FINALLY go to see those two movies :)
Oh and My GF hadn't got a spider, I was like "NO FUCKING WAY!" when she told me that she had gotten "alive birthday present" for herself, I guessed it was the spider. But thank god no, it was the snake. AND MY GOD IT WAS SO SOFT AND CUTE AND ;;---;;  I WAN'T ONE! It was quite like this;
Ghost colored Corn Snake.

Movie Monday #3

You know how I always blabber something before starting the actual topic? Yes.
I'm not gonna let you down this time either, I think it's starting to be some kind of a habit already.
Well as you may see, today indeed isn't Monday. And I'm truly sorry that my Movie Monday got bit late from this week. Well better late than never, huh?
I do have an excuse! First, I didn't got movie until, I think uh Thursday. And Ida was kind and gave me a link where to watch it. But I was really busy with real life on the rest of the week. And I thought that I'll watch it on Monday and write on Tuesday.
And I did try to watch that movie on Monday and wrote an another post that day. But unfortunately that movie took forever to load. Seriously I'm not kidding! I put it on load, maybe hour before I started to watch it, and when I did start to watch I was able to get to maybe 15-20 mins. and then it stopped and started to buffer again, so I surfed around the webs for two hours and got back to see how much it had load. Not even at half way! So I decided to give up, and I was really tired at that point.
So yesterday I asked a new movie to rate (from my Last Seen -list). I could have rate it yesterday, but I was awfully tired. Mostly because I have bit of fever and it's making me very very tired. Even a little temperature on me get me in bad shape. Now that I have slept well last night (aside that I have very anxious dreams) I feel quite good, so here I am writing to you guys! :)
Oh and that movie I tried to watch was Iron Sky. And even tou that is the genre that I hate, I'm going to watch it one day (probably rent/loan it somewhere) and rate it then!

Where to start? Well, I really enjoyed this movie. Since Wolverine is my favorite mutant and he was the first Marvel character I liked the most.
I really was exited when I heard they were gonna do a movie of him. I nearly fell down to the floor when reading the news.
And I think that I was at the premier of this movie. And my oh my how much I enjoyed it, it got my adrenaline to rise and I remember it well when I got out of the theater!
I was there with my former GF, and uh it was fairly cold outside when the movie ended and we walked to the bus stop. I couldn't shut up talking about it, and I think there was still like snow on the ground and I was like so pumped up in adrenaline that I was feeling so hot that I was having my long jacket open (only having blouse and vest under it) and my GF was like freezing so I even gave my jacket to her because I was really like feeling that I was on fire.
I just love that kind of movie that make me feel that adrenaline rush.

It was also the first movie in X-men history that made me have problem to choose my fave mutant.
I've always loved Wolverine, but now I also totally fell for Victor! Now I have the eternal dilemma to choose between them. I'd love to be loyal and pick Wolverine, but then again.. idk I prefer Victor. And it depend are we talking about 'old' or 'new' Wolverine!

I was terribly shocked when I first saw the new adamantium claws. I seriously wanted to scream and ran off from the theater when they showed them. I mean, how come they look so much better and real in X1-3 ? And in here it's like "HELLLOOOOO COMPUTER!!" WHY!? And the bone claws he had before the operation were SO much better, they were really nicely made.
And idk, It looked a lot like they didn't put much effort on the special effects, or they had someone whom didn't know what to do. Because they peed in my eyes.
I think that Remy's special effects were nice, but others ... nnaaah. Not so much.
For me, it's horrible horrible thing to watch those disgusting computer made adamantium claws in this one. Probably the biggest thing I hate.
Also some minor things annoyed me, that they could've payed more attention, well no movie is perfect. Right?
But I really enjoyed getting background story, in movie form for Wolverine. I had read some of the comics about his past, unfortunately not so many that I wish!
And I was genuinely surprised when I found out that Victor is Sabertooth. So uh... X1? Is that supposed to be Victor? How come he doesn't remember his lil bro? I mean I get why Logan don't, but Victor? And he changed so much, well I decided to ignore this and enjoy the whole movie as in "out of the context" -way.

I really wish that they would bring Remy, Victor and Wade/Deadpool to the other X-men movies. Because they have much potential, AND I know that Deadpool has quite a big role in Marvel universe.
I think there IS Deadpool game/movie ors coming out/ is already out. I really haven't checked. Because I just found him so freaking irritating in the movie.
But as I've seen some comic glimpses of him, he seems really funny and awesome. So I'm looking forward to seeing more of him.

And for some reason I've head lots of opinions that this is the worst X-men movie. I don't get it. Well if you don't like Wolverine that much, then yeah I get you, but... I wouldn't say worst! For me this is either my fave or my second fave X-movie.

The timeline of this movie partly bugs me a lot. I think I spoke about this in my last Movie Monday, when I rated First Class
But if you think of this as independent X-men movie and just enjoy it. It'll be great, but if you're over thinking all the details, you might get puzzled!

4½/5 Stars.
Oookays well that's it for that movie!

Next week, I need a movie (I'd prefer you to pick it on either my last seen or from the ones I own, that way 100% guarantee getting rated. But you can throw me anything really!)
But NO AVENGERS -related. I'm doing a huge Avengers rating (ALL 7 MOVIES!) 10th day!
And of course, please check that I haven't rate it already ;) !

Ps. I'd like to thank you guys I've just hit my +500 page views, yes that's a lot for me.
Now good night ♥

Do you want to update your life?

First of all, I'm apologizing that my Movie Monday #3 will be late. I'll be writing it tomorrow after I come from therapy. Because the movie I was given I had no time to watch it, so after writing this post I'm gonna watch it (Iron Sky) and then hopefully go to sleep!
So I'll be updating stuff today in general, since well, stuff has happened :'D

I'm gonna start with me!
Today I had hairdresser, and last time I was there it's been seriously closer to six months! And that's a long long time for me! Well I did dye my hair by myself during that break, but it was more like uh... "I'm annoyed by my hair, I'm gonna dye them now!" sort of temporal decision.
And when my hair grew out of that, I had 5 different colors in my hair. Usually I keep my hair short, but now I'm on a task of growing them.

Pic spam! So first: before hairdresser. And then after (obviously), I like to keep my hair on ponytail, otherwise it's just dangling in front of my eyes annoyingly. I keep it either on top of my head, so my bangs are tied up, OR I have it back there.

And why you may ask, why on earth am I growing my hair out. Well, may I present you the evil person behind my inspiration;

Mister Chris Hemsworth. And his totally amazing hair... I just wanna run my fingers trough that glorious hair of his! Am I being creep again |D Mmmmyes?
That's actually the pic I took along with me to the hairdresser. And told her that I want to have that color. As you can see I have QUITE a lot more lighter color than him. Well except the tops! They are darker and much more closer to the right color, and well my hair is still too short, so I'll grow my hair to that length and get the dark in the roots! And next time when I'm going to hairdresser well dye it to right shade c:
Idk I haven't never ever had this blonde hair, and like fully blonde! Usually I have had black along there, but this, it's weird. It'll take some time to get used to these. They're like
almost white from the roots XD

(Oh god I fought long to get the pic & text in sync!! >8( )

And then entirely to other subject... Well kinda, it involves partly Mr.H ... ... .... TO THE SUBJECT!!
As you guys might remember/know that I have Huntsman poster, like the super huge one from movie theater. And just because I can, I've been trying to obtain another exactly same one from there.
Well we have Finnkino that has like theaters all over Finland, and my poster is from Vantaa's one. And I've been trying to obtain the second one from Helsinki (Tennis Palace).
And So far it hasn't gone so well, so I sent email asking about it and you know in general like where to ask them etc.
Today I got a response that they aren't allowed to give any of the big posters nor the cardboard cut outs to people. Because the movie company says no. Of course I then asked that can I ask from the movie company, and if so from where. She responded me quickly telling that they represent the Finland's part of that and they're not allowed to do that.
At that very moment I kinda lost the war.
And also at that moment I wasn't sure did I want to laugh or cry, because... I have only few movie related things on my wall... (This is semi-old pic...)
AND THEY'RE BOTH FROM MOVIE THEATERS! AHAHAHAHAHAAH!!!!!
I kinda felt special. Because uh... If they're not supposed to, how did I was allowed to get them? Well I might be in warm contact to Vantaa's theater in future ;) They seem much nicer there! And in Kino Palace, my Holmes & Watson are from there.
And then I started to wonder that Tennis Palace CAN'T have like their own rules by the giving away -part, since they have same distributor as Kino (another in Helsinki) & Flamingo (Vantaa) ... So technically they shouldn't give the posters away. (I hope all those name's makes sense to my non-Finnish readers)
Idk I should try to get a job from one of those theaters, so I'll might have advantage of getting them 0:--D & I get discount of going to movies~ Would be kinda dream job. Kinda.

And to the last subject. I ordered just so awesome Supernatural Themed shirt that I think I'm gonna die! I still haven't realized that I actually bought it XD ... U know it's like one of those "one time offers" and when the clock rans out, they're gone. So I reacted and panic bought it.   #Oops

Okay Now I'll go to watch that Darn movie! So see ya all tomorrow! :)
Oh and hey! How old do you guys think I look, honestly! I'm dying to know... .___.

Movie Monday #2

Woah! This was unbelievable, yesterday I was already sad, because I had no new movie to review. I mean I got two movie suggestions from Ida (if you want yo be called with different name tell me), but I didn't have them and couldn't watch them so :(
Then I found out that Heidi (or do you prefer Datironass?) had given me already new movie, but I just didn't had receive the message. So I have her movie to review.
And now today Chan gave me two more 8) So you guys are getting three reviews today.

Also I'd like to warn at this point that I do not guarantee that my posts are spoiler free. :|
  So To the movies!

I fell in love with X-men when I first saw it. I saw X2 first. And it was really the first Marvel movie that I enjoyed and I've been always really exited when new X-men movie is released.
So yes I was also really exited about this one. I for some totally unknown reason didn't see this in theater.
And to be honest, I think this one is the worst so far. I'm not saying it's bad, no not at all! It's just in my opinion worst of the X-men so far.
For me, who have also read the comics of X-men it was little bit messy. Otherwise this would be quite okay with it's timeline, but Wolverine's appearance was weird.
It's timeline doesn't fit, I mean if you try to connect all the movies, X1-3 and Wolverine with this, they don't match. At least in my head and it's making me annoyed. I mean it was awesome that they threw him there, but still.
And! Emma Frost was supposed to be one of Charles first students, according to the comics if I can remember correctly. So yes I've been quite snobish with this movie.

But if I need to say something positive about this.
It would be definitely the fact that they tell background of Charles and Eric (Magneto) and their beginning. Also I personally like James McAvoy. And I liked how they brought some of the minor characters along, like Azazel. And also few of the bigger and important (at least in comics) characters to the movie.

The movie gives nice view of things in different angle thinking of the "Future" movies, and by this I mean like X1-3 where Xavier and Magneto are enemies. I really don't think Magneto is really like evil villain, he's just misunderstood (Like Loki.. .... no I just did not brought Avengers to this) and he thinks his cause is good and righteous, and he wants to change the world. Unfortunately it's not that after all.

Ummmhh. Well I'll give this 3/5 Stars
Also if you haven't seen the previous X-men movies, it's okay, not necessary. that gives plus!

This is actually the latest movie I've seen. And I've seen this twice. This is one of those horror movies that I genuinely like.
Even thought I was really disappointed on second time. I remembered it was MUCH more scarier, but it was kind of like... ... really lame.
Or maybe I've just grown and seen way too much craptastic horror movies. But I enjoyed refreshing my memory.
For example I payed attention to different things, like I didn't remember Sean Bean was there! And the fucking annoying town leader bitch was in Ten Inch Hero.  And of course my lovely Pyramid Head.

Only things that sucks in this movie is the ending and special effects. Well I get that maybe the budget wasn't big enough and maybe back then the quality wasn't what it is now.
But the end, like ... What the fuck man!? Why did that happen? Like did they become ghosts or like were they on different sort of dimension?
Well I haven't play the game(s), so maybe it was explained there. Also I hate to say that usually when game is turned onto movie it sucks. Usually, not always :'D
But this one, I think it's okay. I really can't say more since I don't know what happens in the game so should there be sequel ors.

I still remember how I found Silent Hill. I uh.. I had my first girl crush and she was a fan of it, especially for Pyramid Head (Also the nurses are cool!) and of course I wanted to know like what was it so I just watched the movie.
And also back in the days when I used to cosplay and attend to conventions there ALWAYS were Silent Hill cosplayers. I have seen quite awesome nurses and Pyramid Heads :3

I think this movie should remake, or get sequel since I hate how it ended. So different (or more!) view maybe?
Oh and uh, I really don't think this is a HORROR horror movie, u know. I think it's more like gore, well not exactly that either. Like mixture of them. and shitloads with weird! XD

3/5 Stars.

I have to confess that I'm so uneducated that this was my first Freddie movie ever seen.
I love the idea, it's really creepy and it makes the movie kind of surrealistic and you can't be sure if the person is awake or not!
There was again few actors that I knew from somewhere.
And OF COURSE they kill off first my fave one! Not fair! And right after that My second fave.

So yes, there was Ruby v.1 (Supernatural) as one of the actresses, it was so hard not to think her as non-ruby! XD And see her in different kind of role. Katie Cassidy was lovely indeed!
And Kellan's character was named Dean, it was really hard not to burst into laughter at that point. and it was in the start.

Also I'm not sure of what's the origin story of Freddy, so the story in here was quite uh. idek, well! It got me hooked, like the movie kept me in it's grasp the whole time. And like even that you kind of knew what was going to happen you still partly surprised.

I just hate you know like that kind of movie villains that just purely don't die, like ever. And they keep on coming back again and again. And I think that Freddy is one of them. But, in his defense he really aren't real, like he exists only in dreams. So does that really count?
I have quite good feeling that this is the best Freddy movie till now. Mostly because the special effects, or like I really just hate poorly made special effects, so that's my only argument.

I think I really don't have anything else really to say.
3½/5 ... Because it wasn't just shit & good actors.

Movie Monday #1

So this is my first "Movie Monday" (It's not related to the Finnish Movie blog with same name)
And surprisingly I got a movie for today to review!

I admit it that I found this because of my darling Chris Evans. And at this point I have to say that I think that this is probably the best movie from him so far.
Okay badly phrased, best character. Even thought I do love Cap, but I still love him more in this.

I have never been really fond to romantic movies, nor to comedies. But there are some few that hit me hard and they are my guilty pleasures in genre of movies.
I think this movie is really alike to The Nanny Diaries, and recently I found out that the leader male actor in there is also Evans!

So as always when I'm starting to watch this type of movie, my inner skeptic already hates it and thinks that it's most likely like all the other sappy movies - full of reused ideas and some sappy clishé romance bullshit, flavored with lame humor.
In this case I knew that there's at least candy for my eyes, so I could sit trough the movie without dying.
But, I'm positively happy that this movie prove itself wrong and was actually good! Not only because of Evans. And I think that even if his character would have been played by some other actor, I still would've loved the character.

I rented this for first time when I saw it. After that I bought it for myself like within a week or so. And I was shocked that in the DVD version there aren't any other special features than the extended version! Like no gag reel, I should buy the Blu-Ray version and sell my DVD. But I admit it's better than nothing! Because in the rental version there wasn't even that, so it was  indeed pleasant surprise when there was extended version  of the movie. One thing that has bugged me a lot thought! The girl in the cover doesn't look like Anna Faris at all!

Also I might add that a very nice add is that in most of Chris's scenes he's shirtless! ;) One reason to watch this movie. And idk when I finally bought it I have watched this so many times already and I cannot get enough!
I think the idea of this movie works. I mean yes, the basic story behind it is quite used and simple, but the story it self is cute.
My god I suck at writing reviews, or well this is more like a collage of thoughts about the movie, not really a review. Well anygays!
I recommend this movie to all, even for those whom don't like this kind of genre! ;) 4/5 Stars.
